WELLS, Judge.
Plaintiff has brought forward twelve separate assignments or error. We need to deal with but two: 1) whether the trial court committed error in granting defendant's motion to dismiss for insufficiency of process; and 2) whether the trial court abused its discretion in denying plaintiff's motion to amend the summons.
