On October 21, 1976, appellant pleaded guilty to charges of armed robbery. On December 15, 1976, he was sentenced to three to ten years in prison, consecutive to a sentence he was currently serving. No petition to withdraw the plea was filed, and no appeal was taken. On July 20, 1977, appellant filed a petition under the Post Conviction Hearing Act, Act of Jan. 25, 1966, P.L. (1965) 1580 et seq...
