Elmer MacCarthy died on March 16, 1975, intestate and without known heirs. Letters of Administration were granted to Michael J. McAllister by the Register of Wills of Philadelphia County on June 4, 1975. Proof of the advertisement of the grant of the letters was submitted and is annexed.
