Appellant Robert Bridgewater was convicted by a jury of second degree burglary, IC 1971 35-13-4-4(b) (repealed Oct. 1, 1977). On appeal he challenges the trial court's rulings on his motions for a continuance and directed verdict. He also asserts error regarding the testimony of certain State's witnesses, the chain of custody of a State's exhibit and the court's refusal to instruct on malicious trespass as a lesser included offense of second degree...
