PURTLE, Justice.

The trial court affirmed the judgment of the municipal court when appellant failed to appear on the date his case was called in circuit court. The court also denied his motion to set aside its order affirming the municipal court judgment when appellant appeared at a later hour on the same date. This appeal is from rejection of his motion to set aside the affirmance of conviction in municipal court.
