This is an appeal from the Franklin Circuit Court affirming the award of $28.00 a week to the dependent mother of a worker, William Vaughn, who died of a heart attack in a work-related accident. The death of Vaughn was found by the Workmen's Compensation Board to have occurred while he was engaged in a logging operation.
