PER CURIAM:

Robert J. Jones instituted this litigation against Reliance Insurance Company (Reliance) to recover benefits on an insurance policy providing for payment of $63,000 in the event that Jones failed to receive a flight engineers certificate — an annually renewable testament of physical health required of all flight engineers by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the interest of air safety.
