This appeal is founded upon a denial of a motion pursuant to RCr 11.42 to vacate judgment on the grounds of ineffective assistance of counsel on appeal. The record divulges that appellant was convicted of first degree robbery in May, 1976, and received a sentence of 20 years. After conviction, appellant filed the required notice of appeal but withdrew this notice upon consultation with his retained counsel, who advised him that there were no reversible...
