Dwain C. Merrill appeals from an Asotin County conviction of promoting prostitution in the second degree.

[1] Mr. Merrill first challenges RCW 9A.88.0801 and 9A.88.060,2 the statutes under which he was convicted, as being unconstitutionally vague because the definition of prostitution in RCW 9A.88.0303
