On February 7, 1978, appellant was convicted of the crime of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver. This was a retrial after having a previous conviction reversed by this Court and remanded for a new trial. The information alleged appellant committed the offense sometime in October or November 1975 in Independence County, Arkansas.
