Marvin D. Terrell pled guilty to a first degree burglary offense which occurred on March 12, 1976. On January 3, 1977, he was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Corrections for an indeterminate period of not less than ten (10) years nor more than twenty (20) years. Terrell filed a petition for post-conviction relief on January 31, 1978, which was denied after a hearing. Terrell appeals from that denial...
