Vanda R. Magee, Administratrix of the Estate of Janice Faye Magee, Deceased, intestate, filed suit in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County against State Farm Fire & Casualty Company on an uninsured motorist claim. After the plaintiff rested, the defendant filed a motion for directed verdict which was overruled by the trial judge, and the defendant then also rested.
