Magee, Administratrix of the Estate of Janice Faye Magee, Deceased, intestate, filed suit in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County against State Farm Fire & Casualty Company on an uninsured motorist claim. After the plaintiff rested, the defendant filed a motion for directed verdict which was overruled by the trial judge, and the defendant then also rested.
