Plaintiffs appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendants upon a complaint alleging negligence in failing to repair a defective oil burner, which negligence allegedly caused a fire in the boiler room of an apartment building owned by defendant Jineri Company and leased to defendant Albanese. Plaintiffs Ferraro and Chormanski are the widows of two firemen killed by smoke inhalation suffered...
