This is a petition for review from a decision and opinion of the Court of Appeals which reversed the conviction, judgment, and sentence of defendant Kenneth Edgar for knowingly procuring or offering a false or forged instrument to be recorded. A.R.S. § 39-1611. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 31.19, Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure, 17 A.R.S.
