Mr. JUSTICE ROMITI delivered the opinion of the court:

The defendants, Leonard Holdman and DeWayne Williams, were convicted of armed robbery in a jury trial and were each sentenced to 4 to 6 years' imprisonment.1 On appeal we reversed their convictions, finding that they had been arrested without probable cause, so that resulting identifications upon which their convictions were based should have been suppressed...
