Stanley Stachow, Jr., claimant in the instant case, appealed two separate Commission redeterminations which held claimant disqualified from benefits under the Michigan Employment Security Act (MESA), MCL 421.1 et seq.; MSA 17.501 et seq. The first redetermination, which occurred on November 19, 1975, held that claimant was subject to a six-week requalification period because he voluntarily separated from his employer.
