This is a contest of the will of Quentin Bryan Schaefer, deceased, filed for probate by the appellants (proponents) Herman Devoe Wright and his wife, Leta Bates Wright. The probate of the will was contested by appellees, who were brothers, sisters, two nephews, and a niece of the testator, upon grounds of testamentary capacity and undue influence.
