This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing plaintiff's action on an exception of prescription. Plaintiff filed suit against Hess Curry, Jr., d/b/a Curry Bonding Service, on September 15, 1978, seeking damages for the alleged illegal seizure and sale of immovable property owned by her.
