The defendants have appealed from a judgment of the trial court that the plaintiff1 Oswegatchie Hills Club, Inc., hereinafter designated as the club, had obtained a prescriptive right over a beach area owned in fee by the defendants. In their assignment of error, the defendants have attacked this conclusion and the subordinate findings supporting it.
