On December 7, 1978 the respondent was charged by the Attorney Grievance Commission, acting through Bar Counsel, with several violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility. We referred the matter to Judge Robert I.H. Hammerman of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City pursuant to Maryland Rule BV9 to make findings of fact and conclusions of law. After conducting an evidentiary hearing, Judge Hammerman filed a memorandum setting forth his findings...
