On June 9, 1977, defendant was found guilty of charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305, and assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct involving sexual penetration, MCL 750.520g(1); MSA 28.788(7)(1).
