As a result of a search of his motel room on April 24, 1978, Jimmy D. Baughman was charged with possession of LSD, a schedule I controlled substance [Ark.Stat.Ann. § 82-2605 (Repl.1976)] and possession of marijuana, a schedule VI controlled substance [Ark.
