This is a suit for workmen's compensation benefits filed by Carey L. McBroom, the employee, against Glen D. Loe, d/b/a Glen Loe Drilling Company, the employer, and his workmen's compensation insurer, Argonaut Insurance Company. The essential issue presented on appeal is whether the trial court erred in holding plaintiff not entitled to recover compensation benefits for a permanent partial disability.<...
