Plaintiff filed a complaint in fraudulent debtors attachment in an action of trespass on October 11, 1978. At the same time, a praecipe was filed directing that a writ of fraudulent debtors attachment issue to attach certain property in the possession of defendant. That property has been attached and a bond in double the amount claimed has been filed pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 1287(b).
