Following a jury trial concluded on October 12, 1976, appellant was convicted of arson endangering persons1 and arson endangering property.2 Post-verdict motions were denied, and appellant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of ten to twenty years on the arson endangering persons count and a concurrent term of five to ten years on the arson endangering property count.
