After a jury trial, appellant James Earl Bridges was found guilty of first degree rape, first degree burglary and lewd and lascivious acts in violation of former A.R.S. §§ 13-611, 13-302 and 13-652 respectively.1 He admitted having previously been convicted of first degree burglary.
