The parties to this appeal were divorced in July of 1973. The decree granted custody of the children to the mother, appellee Dianne Lynn Marce Bailey, and provided for visitation and alimony and child support payments by the father, appellant Roger Raymond Marce. In 1975, the parties filed cross-petitions in which each party sought to modify the decree and to hold the other in contempt. This is an appeal from the judgment...
