The company challenges the validity of an order of this court dated July 13, 1979, made pursuant to Rule 6(e), Fed.R.Crim.P., authorizing the United States Attorney to disclose "testimony and exhibits which have been or will be presented" to a grand jury empanelled on June 6, 1979, to certain named officials and investigators of an agency of a municipal government.1
