Maureen C. Reagan (Claimant) quit her job with ITE Imperial Corporation (Employer) when Employer transferred the operations in which Claimant was engaged from Philadelphia to Fort Washington. The Bureau of Employment Security, referee and Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) denied benefits, holding that Claimant was ineligible under the provisions of Section 402(b)(1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law...
