This is an appeal from an order of the Leavenworth District Court denying a writ of habeas corpus filed by appellant, Samuel L. Gladney (petitioner). The State of Colorado sought Gladney's extradition to serve a sentence for second degree murder. He was released to duly authorized agents of Colorado. His petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenged the sufficiency of the Colorado requisition and the Kansas governor's warrant.
