The instant appeal arises from appellant's conviction following a jury trial for rape and kidnapping. The jury also found appellant guilty of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful restraint, and simple assault, but sentences were suspended on those charges. On appeal appellant alleges that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict, the court erred in admitting photographs...
