At the time of the accident, defendant Detroit Automobile Inter-Insurance Exchange (hereafter referred to as DAIIE) was the no-fault automobile insurance carrier on plaintiff's motor vehicle and defendant Robert Moody was a claims adjuster for DAIIE...
