OPINION BY JUDGE WILKINSON, JR., June 25, 1979:

This is an appeal to determine whether 217 school teachers (collectively referred to as claimants) employed by the Montour School District (employer) are eligible for unemployment compensation benefits covering a period during which they were out of work during a labor dispute between the employer and the Montour Education Association (union).
