The only question presented on this appeal from Eugene Terrell's conviction for second-degree murder is whether the evidence at trial justified the submission to the jury of a second-degree murder instruction and verdict. We conclude that it did, and we affirm the judgment entered by the court following the jury's verdict of guilty. We also affirm the order that denied a motion for a new trial.
