PER CURIAM.

This case involves an action brought under the Michigan dramshop act, MCL 436.22; MSA 18.993, which arose out of a fatal car-motorcycle collision. Decedent, Stanley M. Putney, was killed on October 2, 1973, when the motorcycle he was driving was struck from the rear by an automobile driven by Paul S. Gibson.

On April 5, 1974, plaintiffs commenced the instant suit alleging that the negligent actions...
