Defendants, Woodrow Wilson Construction Company (Contractor) and its surety Safeco Insurance Company of America (Surety), appeal from judgment awarding plaintiff (Subcontractor) attorney's fees, in Subcontractor's suit to recover for materials and supplies furnished by Subcontractor to Contractor on a public works project, pursuant to LSA-R.S. 38:2246.
