PER CURIAM.

On September 20, 1977, defendant entered a plea of guilty in the Schoolcraft County Circuit Court to the crime of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, MCL 750.520c(1)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(a), growing out of his alleged touching of the private parts of a boy below the age of 13 years. On October 21, 1977, he was sentenced to a prison term of 7 to 15 years.
