Defendant Harold George Shadd has filed this motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 challenging his conviction on November 15, 1972, for armed bank robbery. Defendant was sentenced to 15 years in prison and fined $5,000. He was released from prison more than two years ago, but remains on parole at this time.
