The defendant, Donald Allen, pleaded guilty to one count of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor and to two counts of indecent liberties with a child in the Circuit Court of Peoria County. He was sentenced to a term of 364 days for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor and to two terms of 7 to 21 years...
