OPINION

BEVILACQUA, Chief Justice.

The defendant, Joseph A. LaPlante, was convicted of three misdemeanor charges, (1) driving under the influence of intoxicating beverages; (2) driving left of center; and (3) failing to obey a police officer, in the Superior Court, Kent County, by a justice of said court sitting without a jury. He now prosecutes his appeal from said convictions.
