On December 20, 1973, an intersection accident occurred in Wichita. It involved automobiles owned and driven by plaintiff and defendant Millard A. Wachter. Plaintiff brought this action by filing her petition alleging entitlement to recovery of damages from Wachter and his automobile liability insurer, defendant Emcasco Insurance Company.
