This is a suit for a money judgment by Carr Oil Company, Inc., based on the furnishing of petroleum products to Donald G. Lambert Contractor, Inc., (Lambert Contractor), who had contracted with the State of Louisiana for the repair by asphalt overlay of Louisiana State Highway No. 317 (referred to as the Burns Point job), in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana.
