The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (Board) filed a petition to forfeit two cases of liquor pursuant to Sections 601-603 of the Liquor Code, Act of April 12, 1951, P.L. 90, as amended, 47 P.S. §§ 6-601 to 603. The liquor was purchased in Maryland and transported into Pennsylvania in violation of Section 491 (2) of the Liquor Code, 47 P.S. § 4-491(2).1 It was seized in Pennsylvania...
