Facts

Plaintiff filed a complaint in this court which alleges that on October 18, 1976 Plaintiff's decedent (her late husband) was aboard a pleasure craft owned by one John Harrold. Harrold had loaned him the boat and placed him in charge of it. It was, at all times material, moored to a dock in the Detroit River. He was accompanied by a female companion.
