Plaintiff has moved for a preliminary injunction herein preventing Defendants from using Plaintiff's registered BURGER CHEF trademarks1 at two of Defendants' businesses, one located in Claremore, Oklahoma and the other at the Woodland Hills Shopping Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
