This is an appeal from an order of modification of a workmen's compensation award. The claimant Robert I. Morris was employed by the respondent Board of Public Utilities of Kansas City, Kansas, as a painter. On February 10, 1970, claimant suffered multiple injuries which ultimately resulted in a compensation award rendered May 29, 1973. The examiner's award was sustained by the director on July 19, 1973, and was affirmed on appeal to the district court...
