HALL, Judge.

The legatee named in a purported olographic will dated "November 15" sought to probate the will. Probate was opposed by alleged legal heirs of the decedent. The district court held that the date, with no year or suggested year in the testator's handwriting, was no date at all, as distinguished from an ambiguous date, and did not conform to the requirements of form for an olographic will. The district court ruled there was no need to go further with evidence...
