OPINION BY JUDGE WILKINSON, JR., January 2, 1979:

This is an appeal by petitioner (claimant) of a decision by the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed the referee's decision denying the claimant unemployment benefits. We affirm.

Claimant was employed as a store manager at a music store in Washington, Pennsylvania from September 1, 1974 to January 15, 1977. Originally claimant was paid five per cent commission on all gross sales...
