BOWLES, Justice.

Defendant, Jerry Lee Jackson, was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. He brings two enumerations of error to this court.

We affirm.

1. Defendant first contends that the verdict was not supported by the evidence. The evidence showed that the defendant, the victim, the victim's mother, and one Martha Jackson (unrelated to defendant) were at the home of the victim's mother on the day of the shooting. During the course...
