This is an appeal from the bankruptcy court to the district court by the bankrupt, Ford Stephens, from a determination by the Bankruptcy Judge, that $31,140.00 for past due alimony was not dischargeable by virtue of § 17a(7) of the Bankruptcy Act, Title 11 U.S.C. § 35a(7) which provides in relevant part that a discharge releases a bankrupt from all provable debts except such as "[are] for alimony...
